Native Charlotteean, Paula Evans has been serving the Charlotte, NC and surrounding SC communities for over two decades as a local Realtor and ultimately Broker-in-Charge of Evans Realty & Associates. Paula grew up in the industry and shadowed her father for years and learned many aspects of the industry by mirroring his success in the business. She worked in the mortgage field which gives her clients valuable access to financial insights and uses her keen eye for design to provide staging strategies to enhance market value.
She has translated this influence and education into a successful family owned and operated business that truly surpasses her competition in industry expertise and market knowledge. Meet McCartney, a third-generation realtor from a family with deep roots in the real estate industry. Born and raised in Charlotte, McCartney grew up listening to her mother and grandfather talk about homes, properties, and the art of selling real estate.
Inspired by her family's passion for the industry, McCartney decided to pursue a career in real estate after completing her education. She obtained her license at a young age and started working under her family's guidance.
As a third-generation realtor, McCartney is proud to continue her family's legacy in the industry. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to her clients and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
When she's not working, McCartney enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring new neighborhoods and properties. She is also actively involved in her community and supports various local charities and organizations.
Tanner Alexander is a native of the Carolina's. After graduating from the University of South Carolina, he followed in his family's footsteps in the home-building business. He's a licensed contractor and builder with a focus on the York County area.
While doing his residential apprenticeship, he obtained his real estate license in South Carolina and continues to help his clients with new construction and resales in the area. He has won several awards in the community and prides himself on being the best at his craft. He enjoys making the home buying and selling process as easy as possible for his clients and knows the importance of clear communication.
Now that Tanner is a licensed broker in North Carolina, he can continue to provide his real estate services for those clients as well. He looks forward to working with you.
